Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records on the inventory / warehouse management system
- Plan and run cycle counts and month-end stock takes
- Investigate and reconcile stock variances, losses and damages
- Verify receiving and dispatch documents against physical stock
- Monitor stock levels, ageing and slow-moving items; flag reorder needs
- Process stock adjustments and transfers within approved controls
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports for management
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory or stock control in a warehouse environment
- Salesforce experience will be an advantage
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong numerical ability, accuracy and attention to detail
- High level of integrity and honesty
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Walvis Bay
