Manage and control stock-related functions, ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient ordering and receiving, minimal shrinkage, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Performance Areas
- Stock Management and Control: Merchandising, stock counts, variance investigations, stock ordering and dispatching.
- Branch Operations: Support smooth and uninterrupted branch operations.
- Supplier Management: Manage and build supplier relationships.
- Sales and Customer Service: Handle customer queries and support customer service.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company procedures and Health and Safety standards.
- Personnel Management: Manage personnel effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management.
- 3–5 years’ experience in the retail industry, preferably within the Agricultural Industry.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Namibian citizenship.
