Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Exercise supervision over the non-metered Sub-Sub Section (Assessment Rates, Sewer, Waste Management & Refuse).
Key Performance Areas
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Control, analysis, authorizes journals and verifies debtors accounts.
- Reconciles rates suspense vote and compile audit reports.
- Exception/statistical reports and compile and submit performance reports.
- Handles and attend to customers queries and administrative duties.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification requirements: Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration/Local Government Studies
Experience requirements: A minimum of three (3) years job related experience.

Basic Salary: N$260,256.00 p.a
Housing Allowance: N$117,120.00 p.a
Transport Allowance: N$30,216.00 p.a
Municipal Service Allowance: N$23,028.00 p.a
