PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To perform the overall operations within the department by implementing the required standards and providing excellent customer service for the profitability of the store.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- National Senior Level Certificate.
ADVANTAGEOUS
- 1-2 years of Food handling / preparation or retail experience.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Prepare customers’ orders timeously.
- Ensure that the displays are arranged in a clean and attractive manner.
- Keep the storerooms and cold-rooms in an orderly manner daily.
- Ensure that the correct pricing in placed on the products.
- Render excellent customer service always.
- Prepare and attend stock takes as scheduled.
