PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To process customer transactions efficiently as per the set standards and procedures to enhance excellent customer satisfaction and profitability of the store.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
- National Senior Level Certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years cashier experience.
ADVANTAGEOUS
- Certificate in Computer Sciences/Computer Literacy.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Processing of Transactions accurately and effectively.
- Ensure accurate processing and reconciliation of all funds received from and returned to clients.
- Give professional, friendly, speedy, and effective customer service.
- Cash-up in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
