The Namibia Airports Company is a wholly State-owned company established in terms of the NAC Act (Act no. 25 of 1998) and governed by the Public Enterprises Governance Act (Act no.1 of 2019) and Companies Act (Act no.28 of 2004), to undertake the operations, management, and control of certain aerodromes in Namibia, and to provide for incidental matters.

Primary Purpose |
To lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance System, ensuring compliance with Namibia Civil Aviation Regulations (NAMCARs) and ISO 9001 standards requirements. Provide meticulous oversight, ensuring that NAC airport operations (Safety and Environment) meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. |

Minimum Qualifications and Experience |
Bachelor’s Degree NQF level (7) in Quality Management, Risk Management, Airport Operation/ Management, Auditing and or Business Administration with 5 years of related working experience, of which at least 3 should be at a supervisory Level. OR Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Quality Management, Risk Management, Airport Operations/ Management, Auditing, or Business Administration with 6 years related working experience of which at least 4 should be on the supervisory Level.

A minimum of Three (3) Years working experience in auditing or risk management within the safety, environmental and quality assurance management environment. |

Prior working experience in Airport Operations or Quality Assurance will be a strong advantage.
