What You’ll Do?
- Drive sales performance and achieve ambitious targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop Financial Advisors.
- Coach and mentor Advisors to improve productivity and sales success.
- Manage performance, reporting, and sales pipelines.
- Ensure high quality, compliant business outcomes.
What We’re Looking For?
- Namibian Citizen.
- Grade 12 (tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or a related field will be an added advantage).
- Minimum 3 years’ Sales Management experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and recruitment skills.
- Fluent in English (additional local languages advantageous).
- Results-driven with a passion for people development.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and retain successful sales teams.
