Suitability Criteria:
- Namibian Citizen.
- Age 25 years+.
- Grade 12 (minimum 15 points) with English and business-related subjects e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science.
- 3 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Advising, Client Service, Entrepreneurship, Insurance, Financial Services. Alternatively, completed a Level 4 Insurance Intermediary Certificate (Market Entry Exam passed) with 5 years’ Insurance Intermediary or related Financial Services experience.
- MS Office literate and able to conduct presentations.
- Fluent in English (local languages will be an advantage).
- Tertiary qualification advantage.
- Must have no criminal record.
- Must have a clean ITC and FIC record.
