KEY PERFORMANCE AREA (KPAs)
1. Sales Administration
· Responsible for the execution of administrative activities of sales.
· Ensure completeness and correctness of sales documentation.
· Execution of sales reports
· Handling of E-channel queries
2. Sales Support
Provide the necessary support to the sales team in order to enhance client service delivery.
3. Client Service
· Ensuring that clients are handled in a professional manner.
· Provide correct information to clients in order to address their specific needs.

Minimum requirements
1.1 Qualifications
· A Certificate in banking with 2 years general banking experience.
· Sales experience will be an added advantage.
1.2 Expertise/Knowledge/Skills
· Adequate knowledge of Banks products and services, credit principles, sales and administration and e-channels (Digital platform).
· Computer literacy essential (Word, Excel)
· Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
· Skills in analyzing and evaluating financial information.
· Good writing skills
