Candidate Requirements
Applicants should generally meet the following:
- Relevant academic or vocational qualifications (e.g., Agriculture, Food Science, Meat Processing, Logistics)
- Experience in meat processing, agro-processing, logistics or related industries (preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and quality control procedures
- Ability to work in a regulated and structured environment following compliance standards
- Strong teamwork, reliability and clear communication skills
- Willingness to work at assigned Meatco facilities across Namibia
