Manager: Organizational and Human Resources Development – CITY of WINDHOEK

To manage overall organizational development and human capital development related matters of the City of Windhoek in line with mission, vision and strategic objectives. Provide pro-active support to the management of the organization through the provision of related services and make recommendations for decision.

• Manage the Division & job activities of the staff members in the division.
• Provision of value adding corporate organisational development services.
• Direct the Talent Management program.
• Guide the optimal utilisation and execution of individual Performance Management System.
• Direct the organisational and job design.
• Direct and facilitate the job Evaluation Process within the Organisation.
• Direct and facilitation of Organisational Development related projects.
• Manage and optimize human capital development policies, systems and processes.
• Advise the SE: HCCS of the strategic direction regarding learning and development within the organisation.
• Manage the respective budgets relating to training, development and organisational development.
• Oversee the effective execution of training programmes.
• Key stakeholder management

Bachelors Degree in Industrial Psychology/Organisational Development/Human Resources Management

Experience requirements:

Five (5) years relevant experience.

Legal requirements:

Code B/BE driver’s license

Pre-appointmnet training as an advantage:

Train the trainer and or Management ofTraining

Salary: N$870,972. 00 pa

Housing Allowance: N$348,384 pa

Vehicle Allowance: N$261,528. 00 pa
