PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

 

To process customer transactions efficiently as per the set standards and procedures to enhance excellent customer satisfaction and profitability of the store.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

• National Senior Level Certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years cashier experience.

 

ADVANTAGEOUS

 

• Certificate in Computer sciences will be an added advantage.
• ARCH (POS) Experience.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

• Processing of Transactions accurately and effectively.
• Ensure that monies received by and returned to client are correct.
• Give professional, friendly, speedy, and effective customer service.
• Cash-up in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
