PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The role involves strategic planning and execution to ensure the smooth coordination of online orders, government and company tenders, and store quotations. A key focus will be on driving continuous process improvement and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations to meet both short-term goals and long-term business objectives. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing relationships with Model Online Customers and tender stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • National Senior Level Certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years of Retail experience, specifically in receiving and/or sales.
  • Experience in Point of Sales, specifically ARCH E-store, DPO (Paygate), App & Website systems.

 

ADVANTAGEOUS

  • Advanced National Diploma in Retail / Wholesale.
  • Experience in Online Sales and other VAS related services.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Attend to all Online Orders/Tenders/Quotation queries and assistance with sales when needed.
  • Verification and confirmation of Payments, PO, and Tender documents. Execute correct invoices and request quotes for clients from the stores.
  • Operating on Delivery app to request for drivers when orders are to be delivered.
  • Assisting with daily operation of the online store by daily managing the platform (Receiving orders, sending emails to store, confirming payments, request drivers for deliveries).
  • System update (extracting daily prices from SAP and sending spread sheet to the online platform, comparing prices on website and spreadsheet send for changes to ensure customers are charged the correct prices).
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that online orders and tenders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to online orders, tenders, and quotations. Strive to enhance the overall customer experience.
