PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To perform the overall operations within the Hot Pot & Deli department by implementing the required standards and providing excellent customer service for the profitability of the store
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Grade 11 New Curriculum or Grade 12 Old Curriculum
ADVANTAGEOUS
- Food handling / preparation or retail experience will be advantageous
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Prepare customers’ orders timeously.
- Ensure that the displays are arranged in a clean and attractive manner.
- Keep the storerooms and cold-rooms in an orderly manner daily.
- Ensure that the correct pricing in placed on the products.
- Render excellent customer service always.
- Prepare and attend stock takes as scheduled.
