Audit Manager – DON CONSULTING SERVICES

JOB TITLE: Audit Manager
DIVISION: Audit & Risk Advisory
REPORTS TO: Audit Partner
LOCATION: Windhoek

POSITION SUMMARY:
The incumbent of the position will report to the audit Partner and will be responsible for spearheading the Audits in line with the laid-out auditing standards, firm policies and procedures. The incumbent will manage audit teams, provide technical guidance, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring quality and efficiency in all deliverables.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI’s):
(The KPI’s include but are not limited to)
• Planning, budgeting and setting timelines for upcoming audits.
• Brief the Audit Team on their responsibilities and expectations and monitor their progress.
• Maintain a control schedule for deadlines, bills and deliverables and make changes if need be.
• Keep the Partner and all relevant stakeholders up to date with all issues and proposed action plans.
• Ensure the audit process is in line with applicable standards by reviewing the work papers of the audit team.
• Increasing client base by submitting audit proposals.
• Manage regulatory compliance.
• Manage all stakeholder engagements.
• Perform any related task as and when required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Qualified chartered accountant or ACCA.
• Registered Assessor.
• Completed Audit Development Program will be an added advantage.
• The use of Caseware for audit purposes will also be an added advantage.
