- Operate from within bank branches in your allocated region.
- Build trusted relationships with bankers, relationship managers, and branch teams.
- Position yourself as the go-to wealth and insurance specialist.

- Build and sustain a strong pipeline through effective internal networking and referrals.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Have 5+ years’ experience in financial planning, insurance, or wealth management.
- Have a proven ability to build and manage a client portfolio.
- Are relationship-driven and commercially minded.
- Are NAMFISA compliant or working towards compliance.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong self-drive.
- Demonstrate the ability to generate business without reliance on allocated leads.
- Take ownership of your performance and income growth.
- Are comfortable operating in a performance-based environment.
- Hold a Grade 12 qualification with a relevant diploma and life insurance certification.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
