Job description
The Emerging Bankers Programme is a transformative initiative designed to equip young people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive in the financial services industry. The programme runs for 18 months, across various areas within Bank Windhoek branches, providing hands-on experience and training alongside experienced professionals.
Minimum requirements / Qualifying Criteria
Matric graduates (AS Level 2023/2024) may apply. Required:
- A pass in five (5) different subjects:
• 2 subjects on NSSCAS level with a minimum grade E or higher
• 3 subjects on NSSCO level with a minimum grade D or higher - Subjects must include commercial-type subjects such as Mathematics, Accounting, Business Economics, Economics, Entrepreneurship or Business Studies.
