KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)
1. Solution Design
a. Translate key requirements from clients and internal stakeholders into technical specifications
b. Reengineer and optimize business processes in line with new system functionalities
c. Evaluate key system short comings and design and develop solutions thereto
d. Develop and agree alternative designs given technological short comings
e. Integrate client experience, regulatory requirements and operational efficiency into designs
2. Change Management
a. Develop internal and external training material for all functional changes
b. Engage directly with clients to embed new functionality into their processes
c. Ensure that the FX service desk is fully appraised of
3. Project Management
a. Engage with internal and external vendors for applicable solutions
b. Ensure coordination between key delivery areas for timely delivery of project specifications
c. Ensure all deliveries are within the agreed technical specifications
Minimum requirements
QualificationGrade 12
Relevant project or process optimization certifications
ACI Dealing Certificate will be an advantage
Experience
· Minimum 5 years in the foreign exchange dealing environment
· Minimum 3 years Project Management experience
· Exchange control knowledge would be an advantage
· Client service or contact centre experience
