Position: Manager: Talent, OD and Strategy (x1)
Grade: D3
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Valid Code B driver’s licence
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in HR
- At least 4 years in Organizational Development / Talent Management / Business Strategy
- 3 years at management or supervisory level
Department: Safety and Security – Personnel Licensing (PEL)
Position: Manager: Personnel Licensing (x1)
Grade: D3
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation / Aviation Management / Aeronautical Engineering or related field
- OR Air Traffic Controller with Approach/Area Ratings
- OR AME Class 1 License with Aviation Management qualification
- Valid Code B driver’s licence
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years in air transport industry
- At least 3 years at management/supervisory level

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Quality Management or similar

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in quality management or aviation industry
- Experience with QMS implementation
- Knowledge of ICAO SARPs

- AVSEC Basic certification

Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years as a delivery driver
