Ernst Baumgart Nachfolger Trading (an import business) is an equal opportunity employer and has one (1) vacant position for a Delivery Driver, permanently based in Swakopmund.
We are looking for a reliable, organized and driven individual, who can transport goods efficiently, accurately, and safely between designated points, while maintaining the vehicle in excellent working condition and supporting warehouse operations through picking duties when not on deliveries. The role requires personal accountability, time management, and adherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Candidate Profile
- Namibian Citizen
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with deadlines
- Problem-solving skills
- Clean record – Police clearance required
- Mechanical background on trucks will be an added advantage
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
Qualifications and Experience
- Valid Code C / C1E (PPE Certified) with a valid PDP and no endorsements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a driver in FMCG delivery
- Familiarity with Namibian traffic laws and safety regulations
- Good record keeping skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday and every second Saturday
